Account Deletion
Request permanent deletion of your Couplio account and all associated data.

If you wish to delete your account, please contact us with the following information. We'll process your request within 30 days.

Required Information:

  • Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  • Your registered email address (the email associated with your Couplio account)
  • Confirmation statement: "I confirm that I want to permanently delete my Couplio account and understand that this action cannot be undone"
  • Optional: Reason for deletion (helps us improve our service)

Send your deletion request to:

What happens when you delete your account:

  • All your drawings, doodles, and relationship milestones will be permanently deleted
  • Your profile information and account data will be removed from our servers
  • Your partner will no longer be able to see your shared content
  • This action cannot be reversed or undone
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

Note: Cached data on your partner's device may remain until they refresh or reinstall the app. Database backups are automatically purged within 30 days.
